When you use the online 3D face reconstruction and modification service ("3DFACESERVICE"), VIZAGO's servers automatically record certain information about your use. Similar to other web services, VIZAGO records information such as account activity (including storage usage and number of log-ins), data displayed or clicked on (including UI links), and other log information (including browser type, IP-address, date and time of access, cookie ID, and referrer URL).

VIZAGO maintains and processes your images and other content and account information in order to provide the 3DFACESERVICE.

The information we collect is used internally for research and evaluation purposes: it is used to improve the content of our Web page, to customize the content and layout of our page for each individual visitor, and to notify visitors about updates to our Web site. It may be disclosed when we are legally required to do so by governmental authorities conducting an investigation, or in order to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Website and applicable laws, or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our Website, or to a successor entity.
